Sarah woodlief

MS, OTR/L

Special Interests & Certifications:  sensory integration, feeding difficulties, early intervention

Sarah received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from North Carolina State University in 2018 and her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from East Carolina University in 2021. 

She has experience working with children with Autism, developmental delay, sensory processing disorder, cerebral palsy, fine motor and visual-motor deficits among others. She has experience utilizing techniques from Handwriting Without Tears, Therapeutic Listening, Constraint-Induced Movement Therapy, and others. 

 

She has a passion for working with children and families to help children achieve their full potential. She enjoys establishing relationships with patients and families to integrate a child’s interests into treatment sessions and ultimately help a child gain confidence in their abilities. 

 

She is originally from Rocky Mount, NC and after completing 6 months of graduate school fieldwork in Charlotte has decided to make it her new home! When not working, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, baking, being outdoors, and discovering places in her new city! 

 

She is excited to meet you and begin working with your family!
