MAMA MEET-UPS
A support group held in-person at our Waxhaw clinic with a focus on self-care. The groups feature local providers to help educate and support the needs during motherhood. Childcare is provided on-site so that mom can devote her attention on herself.

PLAY GROUPS
Join us and other postpartum mamas for 50 minutes of sensory play and toddler motor skills development. Parent education and tips to support growth will also be provided. Toys & equipment will be provided.
