Dale is a Northern VA native who relocated to Charlotte, NC back in 2021. She received her Masters in Student Affairs Administration and Higher Education in 2019 at UNC Greensboro. She joins our team with experience instructing college students with intellectual and developmental disabilities during her graduate program.​

Since earning her degree, she has been a stay at home mom to her two children. When not working, Dale can be found spending time with her family and dogs. She enjoys crafting, thrifting, and baking in her spare time. Come say hello to Dale at our Waxhaw clinic!
